ERROR DESCRIPTION

ERROR: Turn Table Moved from Position

ERROR CODE: 4414

ERROR TYPE: Machine error - Physical

SECTION 1 - Troubleshooting

1. Close OneTint

2. Unplug the power cable from the Fluid X-Smart Dispenser

3. Wait for 30 seconds

4. Plug the power back in, listen for a couple beeps.

   1. If you DO NOT hear any BEEPS.

      1. Check the power cable to confirm it is from the dispenser

      2. Check the power cable, making sure it is not loose in the machine

      3. Check the power cable plug is making firm contact in the outlet

      4. Check to make sure the outlet or power strip has power

5. Open OneTint

6. Select DISPENSER

   

7. Select START DISPENSER

   

8. The dispenser should start, the status at the bottom will show Starting Dispenser

   

9. The status on the bottom will change from Starting Dispenser to Agitation

   

If the machine starts up fine with no issues the issue is fixed.

SECTION 2 - Still Expirencing Issues / Errors

In some cases, it will no longer throw the Turn Table Moved from Position error and throw a Mismatch number of Positions error.
