Seiko SLP-650 INSTALL GUIDE

Prerequisite

OneTint DotNet version must be installed (Blue User Interface), this will not work with the old OneTint (Yellow User Interface).

A way to check which version is installed is by checking the following directory, C:\OneTint\OneTintDotNet, if present, it confirms the OneTint DotNet Version is installed and will be compatible.

Procedure: Installing the files necessary for proper operation.

  1. Navigate to this directory C:\OneTint\OneTintDrivers\Printers\Seiko

  2. Install the following drivers / programs in the order listed below, the installation files are respectively in each folder, make sure to right click each installation file and run as Administrator. Once all of these steps are below, continue to the next step.

    1. SLP 650 Driver 7.1.1 R2 (if the driver does not install, please download the driver here https://siibusinessproducts.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Setup711R2Signed437.exe )

    2. SDK 7.0.431.0 (This MUST be installed in order for it to communicate with OneTint)

Activating the Seiko SLP-650 printer in OneTint

  1. Open up OneTint.

  2. From the Main Menu, click SETUP at the very top.

  3. For login credentials, select Account x Rep with the password consumer

  4. Click the PRINTER button.

  5. Click the Label Printer button.

  6. Make sure that the Manufacturer is set to Seiko, if is not, click on the drop down and select Seiko.

  7. Click BACK.

  8. Click the PRINTER UTILITIES button.

  9. Make sure the Active Printer has the Seiko SLP-650 printer selected, if not, click the drop down and select it.

  10. Keep clicking BACK to exit the Setup Menu and are at the Main Menu.

  11. Pull up a formula to do a test print to make sure it is working correctly.
