Problem: These steps below will fix the error that pops up while printing in OneTint. An example of the error is shown below.

Resolution: Follow the steps below

1. From the main menu in OneTint, click SETUP at the top of the screen.

2. When asked for a username, click the dropdown to select Service X Technician.

3. For password use Colorres it is case sensitive, then hit OK.

4. You will see a button labeled Printer, click that.

5. You will see a button labeled Label Printer, click that.

6. This step is important; it will depend on what label printer you have.

a. If you’re using a Brother printer. You will click on the drop down, then you select either Dymo or Seiko. Then click the drop down again and select Brother.

b. If you’re using a Dymo printer. You will click on the drop down, then you select either Brother or Seiko. Then click the drop down again and select Dymo.

c. If you’re using a Seiko printer. You will click on the drop down, then you select either Dymo or Brother. Then click the drop down again and select Seiko.

7. Once you’re completed click Back

8. You will now see a button labeled Printer Utilities, click that.

9. In the Active Printer drop down, click and select your printer you’re using.

10. Now that you’re done, keep clicking Back until you are back to the main menu and try doing a print.
